COMMUNITY

It’s all about being inclusive. It doesn’t matter what race, age, creed, religion, etc., you are. We foster an environment of belonging. Our school is special in that every student has connections with everyone in the school. Most of the time, students are comfortable with only the kids in their class. But here at WC Pleasanton, students from Lil Dragons(5+ old) to Black Belts know each other throughout the school. There is no “I” in Team, we are only as great as the people around us. The community is built on events and celebrations that we all partake in as One Team, One Tribe!

CULTURE

The definition of Tribe is a family or community linked by a common culture. Those are the seeds that we have planted here at WC Pleasanton. As traditions have passed from one generation to the next, we have cultivated the Ohana feel from high fives, fist bumps, hugs, playing, and training.

CONNECTION

We foster deep and meaningful connections in our school. Our instructors ensure that all students are getting the optimal training and attention that they need in order for them to achieve "Black Belt Excellence." The connection amongst the students is like not other, and we foster an environment of synchronicity for all students to feel welcome and a sense of belonging.
